Sand Creek Village is a residential subdivision of Kingwood, Texas, located
25 miles northeast of downtown Houston. Sand Creek is
comprised of 1100 single family homes and is subdivided into six sections.
Kingwood, a planned community of 65,000 is located within the city limits of
Houston. Services provided by the City of Houston include
police, fire and road maintenance
Pool Tag Handout
Pool tags are required for access to the Sand Creek Pool.
The tags are free to family members of Sand Creek residents who are
up to date on payment of their assessment.
You may pick up your tags at the KAM office at 1102 Kingwood Drive,
Suite 104.

The Sand Creek Sea Lions 2009 Swim season has started. If you are
attending one of the swim meets at our pool - please park at Deerwood
Elementary and observe all no parking areas out of respect for your fellow
neighbors.
