For Your Information Community Association Assessments: Bills for the annual community association assessments were mailed out in early June. If you have not received yours, please contact Kingwood Association Management (281-359-1102). Payments are due on or before July 1st. More information is available on the "Annual Assessments" link. Thinking of having a birthday party at the Sand Creek pool? Please contact Crystal Pool Services to let them know when you would like to have the party. They can make sure that the life guards are aware of the date and time of the party and the number of people attending. |
