            Effective January 1, 2011, all vehicles in River Grove Park must display a new “K” sticker on the rear window. Vehicles pulling boat trailers must    display a new ”K”  sticker on the rear window of the towing vehicle and a new “K” sticker on the boat trailer.

             ALL VEHICLES NOT DISPLAYING THE NEW “K” STICKER WILL BE SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED AT THE VEHICLE OWNER'S EXPENSE.

             The new “K” stickers will be issued only to persons residing in a village that is a member of the Kingwood Service Association (KSA).  The "K" stickers are numbered and will be registered to a specific vehicle. Kingwood residents applying for a new “K” sticker are asked to provide           documents that provide proof of Kingwood residence and vehicle ownership. These documents include Texas Drivers License and vehicle   registration receipt for each vehicle to be registered.

             Everyone must obtain one of these new "K" stickers in order to continue to use the Kingwood Service Association parks.  The old "K" stickers will   be null and void on January 1, 2011. 

             The free “K” stickers may he obtained from the KSA office, 1102 Kingwood Drive, Suite 104, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
