Sand Creek Village is a residential subdivision of Kingwood, Texas, located
25 miles northeast of downtown Houston. Sand Creek is
comprised of 1100 single family homes and is subdivided into six sections.
Kingwood, a planned community of 65,000 is located within the city limits of
Houston. Services provided by the City of Houston include
police, fire and road maintenance

First Annual Sand Creek Village Garage Sale!!
The Sand Creek Village inaugural garage sale will take place
on Saturday, September 19, 2009, from 7 a.m. until noon.
Set up in your own garage / driveway or combine your items with
neighbors or blocks. The Sand
Creek sale will be held on the same day and time as Greentree Village.
Harris County constables will be patrolling Sand Creek during the
event.
Signs will be posted at the village entrances and
notices will appear in local newspapers and on
www.kingwoodyardsales.com.
Residents may also wish to place their own notices at
kingwoodyardsales.com. If you
post your own street signs, they must be removed immediately after the sale.
This will be our first attempt at this endeavor, so please be
patient with your neighbors and visitors, and enjoy the experience.
After the event, please let us know of any problems you noticed or
suggestions for future garage sales. Rain date
is 9/26/09, same times.
